This half-term our theme is The Loch Ness Monster.  We will be reading Fiction stories and lots of Non-Fiction Information in order to collect facts.  We will use what we have found out to write a Magazine Article about 'Does the Loch Ness Monster really exist?'. We will be learning how to create complex sentences and write an adventure story based on a plot pattern linked to the Loch Ness theme.

The start of every Maths lesson begins with 'Maths Talk'.

Our history topic for this half term is 'The Savage Stone Age'. Through this topic we will look at changes in Britain from the Stone Age to the Iron Age. We will look at what made these periods in History special by exploring the discoveries and inventions.
