The School Day

Beginning of the Day

The school gate will open at 8:45 am and close at 8:50 am. Children need to arrive before the gate closes. Families arriving later than this time must go through the main office door. If you are late, please sign your child in on the system at the main entrance. Your child will be marked as 'late' in the register.

There will be a member of staff at the gate until 8:50 am. 

End of the Day

The school gate will open at 3:20 pm for parents/carers to come onto the site to collect their children.

A member of staff will be at the gate until 3:25 pm.

Total number of hours

08:45 am - 3:20 pm for 5 days a week.

32 hours 55 minutes per week

Important Points

It is really important that children's attendance and punctuality are excellent. Based on our registers and monitoring, poor attendance and punctuality will be addressed through our attendance policy.

Please note that if your child is still with us at 3:35 pm, a childcare fee of £8.50 may be applied to your ParentPay account.

No children are allowed out of the school gate without permission. Parents should inform the school, in writing, if they want their child(ren) to walk home unaccompanied.
